NARO-Texas Legislative Fund

The 80th Texas Legislative Session has ended "sine die" and the NARO-Texas consultant VA Stephens is keeping an eye what is happening prior to the start of the 81st Texas Legislative Session which begins January 13, 2009.  Much of the legislation that can affect royalty owners during the past session is being watched for the rules that implement that legislation.  We will be using this website to keep you updated so check back often.

Your help is needed to build the Legislative Fund so that NARO-Texas can continue to show that royalty owners mean business in Austin.  If you can devote your time please contact Martin Fleming.   Being seen is worth the time and effort of a trip to Austin.  For more information please email:  txnaropres@gmail.com
